What is a CouponDunia Scratch card?
CouponDunia Scratch card is a reward you get when you shop via CouponDunia. You can win CD cashback on each card, subject to daily limits and maximum prize amount as per T&Cs.
How do I get a scratch card?
Subject to T&Cs, you can win a Scratch card on eligible purchases made via CouponDunia.
Where can I see list of all my scratch cards?
If you use Android phone, you can see all your scratch cards only on the CouponDunia App in Profile -> Earnings section. If you use iOS phone, then you can view it on our website in Profile -> Activities section. However, on desktop you can only see the total amount you have won in scratch cards, not the full list.
Scratch Card Prize Money
When will the prize money be credited?
The prize money is linked to the purchase that got you the scratch card. Scratch Card cashback tracking/confirmation/cancellation is therefore subject to associated transaction getting tracked/confirmed/cancelled.
How do I check if I received the prize money?
You can see the total amount you have won in scratch cards both on desktop ( “Scratch Card summary” section) and mobile site/app (Profile->activities section). You can also check your passbook on desktop Profile->Withdraw money section.
How can I use the prize money?
Once the prize money is confirmed, you can withdraw it just like you withdraw CD cashback/rewards/voucher rewards.
Can I transfer the prize money to others?
No, you cannot. If our system detects withdrawal into someone else’s account your profile will be flagged as fraud and we reserve the right to cancel/reverse your wallet amount as deemed appropriate.If you wish to gift the amount, please withdraw it into your own account first via CD, then send it to your friends/family.

Why did I not get a scratch card for my transaction?
Scratch cards are awarded only after we track your eligible transaction as per T&Cs. If you recently made an eligible purchase, please wait for it to get tracked and then you will receive your scratch card. If you still feel something is not right, do contact us or write to us at support@coupondunia.in.
What is the validity of scratch cards?
Scratch cards and the amount you win in them do not expire. You can scratch cards and withdraw the confirmed amount you win anytime you like, subject to minimum withdrawal limits
